Grants application form for the Violence Against Women Prevention Public Education Program

This program is managed by the Office of Francophone Affairs (OFA) and funded through the Government of Ontario's Violence Against Women Prevention (VAWP) Initiative. It provides grants for projects that contribute to the development of public education activities that make Ontario's Francophone population aware of the issue of violence against women and supports the development of measures to prevent it.

To apply for a grant, please complete the form below, which also contains the rules of this program.

The deadline for grant applications is June 30, 2008. You can send your application by e-mail (by June 30), but a printed copy with original signature must follow and reach our offices, with all supporting documents, by July 4, 2008.
