Complaints ProcessWhat do we mean by a service of the Government of Ontario?The French Language Services Act guarantees the right to receive French language services from the Government of Ontario in 25 designated areas. The Government provides a number of services either in person, in writing, by phone or via the Internet. For example, you receive a government service when:
These are the kinds of provincial government services that must be available in French in the province's 25 designated areas. If you were unable to obtain a service in French or were not satisfied with the quality of the service provided or even if you have any suggestions for improvement, please contact us. The Government is committed to providing quality services to its Francophone clients. The quality of French-language services is everybody's business! Whether you are in school, in business, or at home, if you are satisfied with the services you have received, pass it on. If not, tell us! IMPORTANT: Since November 1, 2007, the French Language Services Commissioner, François Boileau, receives comments and complaints about services in French offered by the Government of Ontario.
